Excellent customer service and a huge amount of stock and very reasonable prices. Really nicely laid out shop with plenty of space to walk about. My shop of choice for ballet gear.

Staff really helpful they certainly know their stock and dance school requirements. My granddaughters have both loved the ballet bags that I purchased. The shop is open Thursday Friday and Saturday at the moment (because of covid-19) 11.30am to 6pm.
Their amazing !! I went in for Ponte shoe fitting and they was amazing I got a prefect pair that I love.
November 2020 New post pre-lock down. As always this dance shop supplier have gone out of their way to help and ensure we get the products we need even with the impending lock-down. Nothing is ever too much trouble. Thank you Vanessa always helps me with all our dance and ballet needs. I simply phone her to ask if a product is in stock and she’ll put it by for me until we can try it on or collect. If it is not in stock she will order it in. Thank you for your great customer service. Vanessa has also advertised with me at Essentially Local Ltd since she bought Soul 2 Sole and she is a highly-valued customer. It's great that small businesses can work so well together.
We came in and wanted to get everything for our 3 year old daughter as she is starting ballet lessons next weekend. We waited patiently as the lady was carrying out a fitting, and there was another lady and her daughter waiting. Once the fitting had finished the lady explained that she had another fitting to do and could she help anyone in between the fitting. A lady that came in after us decided her need was greater than ours and completely jumped the queue, despite me saying that we needed some help. We were completely ignored and made to feel like a real inconvenience. It's little wonder people don't have faith in the high street anymore. Buying all these products is new to us and we really needed to know what to buy. I guess we'll take our chances online.
