Bought my first used trike from Phil recently, discovered minor faults, but to me they felt like massive problems as we live 3 hours away from the trike guy, however, contacted Phil and he took control very professionally and efficiently and his team organised parts and repair effortlessly and without any drama, the minor faults were corrected at a very reasonable cost. Phil put himself out to ensure that I was completely happy with my purchase and my total trust in this man has assured that I will be a customer for life.
