I hope it has improved since I went here 1975-1980. Over a quarter of the teachers had some kind of Personality Disorder. The only decent ones I remember were Mr. Geddes and Mrs. Fairy. The rest were at best unhelpful to downright bullying and abusive. One Maths teacher made an inappropriate comment about a 14 year old girl. My children are grown up now but I wouldn't have sent them here if I lived in this town.

Obviously Google should come up with some way to discern reviews from little rascals. I am a Supply Spanish Teacher, I have just finished todays cover. Supportive Staff, well behaved students and Ofsted rated as \good\. Not too small, not too big. Trust me, It is a good place for your offspring.

As an unbiased reviewer on this service, I would like to thank the school for giving me a great time in detention, really helps having computers in seclusion!

The report is surprisingly detailed for an \inspection\ by three people over a period of two days. It is totally at variance with what I {with forty years of guiding children through education} have observed. My grandson moved here from a school which was inadequate. Members of staff here charged with his teaching have given much of their free time to help him achieve the standards of which they consider him capable. The stars are for the school, NOT the report.
