Terrible delivery service! As an out of town customer I was appalled at the lack of communication from this specific location. We ordered our furniture through the High Level location and received an email saying that it was available for pickup in High Level. After making an hour and a half drive to pick it up, we were informed that it was delivered to our town weeks prior and we were not contacted at all. They claim to have called and been sent to voicemail, however we received no phone calls or voice messages whatsoever. The one staff member that claimed to have been aware of this delivery was extremely unprofessional and basically insinuated that it was our fault for not receiving this alleged phone call. 100% cannot recommend dealing with this store for any reason.

Just bought a new couch set, and what a difference it made in my living space. One of the staff recommended the set based off of my living room colors and they were spot on! the couch really makes the space pop. Would highly recommend the Brick in High Level.

I recently bought a mattress there a couple weeks ago, and I am in love. The staff were very helpful and answered all of my questions with a great attitude. such a great atmosphere. 10/10 would recommend.

Don't buy a LG dishwasher from the Brick. After 2 years it stops working mid cycle. the 1 year warranty was no help. What a waste of 700 on a LG dishwasher ldf5545st that doesn't work and its a known issue but continues to sell it.
