It quite decent rooms, the staff could be more helpful during check in. They clean your room very well. Also ground floor rooms have an interior and exterior exit so you can park directly in front of your door, which is nice.

The room was quiet and clean. One of the real nice things was the value. Breakfast was the reason for one less star. Coffee was good.
I had such a great stay at this hotel, the only thing that had me unmoved was the way the staff dealt with little situations. I came back to my room and sat at my desk chair when the wheel broke underneath my chair, I went to the front desk to ask for a replacement but they just told me they're gonna have charge me a 100 for the wheel. Last time I stayed there.
Rooms are always clean, service is always good and was a great go to for me while working in the patch in and around the High Level area.
What a terrible hotel. Booked a non-smoking room. We got one of the only 2 non-smoking rooms on our floor. The whole hallway stinks like cigarette smoke. By the time our stay was done, our room did too. Thermostat didn’t work and was disgustingly dirty. Beds were full of hair. Holes in walls and doors were not repaired. Pool towels were as old if not older than the hotel and were about half the size they were when originally purchased. What a dive. For a chain hotel, it certainly is held to any of their standards. I wish I could have left 0 stars.
Very friendly staff. Arrived at 3 am and everything was perfect. Nice comfortable beds and very clean room. Only problem was only 1 set of towels in the bathroom. Me and my wife had to show together, oh well. It was a nice stay.
