I did a walk in order and waited in the parking lot, was told my order would be ready in 15mins. (Med Pizza, 14 traditional wings, personal pizza). After the 15 mins I went to pick up my order, only to find out that the wings were forgotten about. I was to wait another 8-10 mins for the wings, the owner made it right but adding an additional order of wings!! Good job!! That's customer service right there. Will be back for sure.

Complete opposite of my review for the *other* franchise pizza chain. Employees were friendly, courteous and fast. Food (p'zone) was pretty great too. No contest, Pizza Hut wins my business in High Level.

They did not wear gloves when I got my pizza. Most of the workers there didn’t wear gloves too. Like hello, we’re in a pandemic?

This might just be the most expensive pizza hut on the planet whose pricing is only rivaled by it's terrible quality. Won't order from here again.

Online deals are.... None existent! Show lower prices till you check out, then SURPRISE it's 10 to 15 dollars more for one pizza..... the quality of pizza hut is just not there to charge those prices
