Do not go here!!! Staff were extremely rude and didn't give me sauces for the popcorn chicken, even tried to charge me for them, I declined to pay extra for included sauces. I will be writing corporate head office about the abysmal customer service/treatment. I go out of my way to be polite and spend 40 bucks on a bunch of food and the get hassled, mistreated and cheated from complimentary sauce for something I ordered.

Good food, as always. always check your order because sometimes you could be missing something.
The first time I went here I got a long black hair in my big crunch. The second time the person who took my order didn't seem to understand English. Completely screwed up my order, overcharged me and refused to give me the fries I ordered and paid for. Steer clear
Got 3 combos and asked for "gravy for the fries" and Yahoo got 3 gravy and no fries. I went back and had to pay for my freaking fries and they were cold , not fresh. No more two or three times a week for this guy. Anyone out there ever get gravy to dip chicken in and no fries?

Gone downhill since the new owners took over, dinner tonight chicken was undercooked or one piece was over done.
Terrible experance, the food was not fresh or hot enough and the mandatory food safety restrictions were not followed and considering the Pandemic this is inexcusable
