In October, I attended one of the activity day with a pupil that I care for and it was a fantastic experience. The activities were great and varied. The team were all lovely and were great at engaging with the children. They also ensured all COVID restrictions were adhered in a safe and sensible manner whilst still ensuring the children had fun and could interact together. I would definitely recommend the activity days!

We spent a weekend at High Ashurst on one of their taz family glamping staycations. On arrival we were shown to our fabulous tepees by our superb instructor Jane. We had a great lunch then went off for rock climbing, abseiling and orienteering. Jane was utterly marvellous and encouraged both us and the children. She was extremely patient and we all had an amazing time. We had a yummy dinner then sadly one of the little ones tripped over. The staff were so helpful and professional and when daddy had to pop her to A&E, Chris came to help me collect wood and teach the other little one to make a campfire and toast marshmallows. I certainly couldn't have done a very good job without him and he was absolutely amazing with the little one. Next day we had a lovely cooked breakfast. Every time you go to the main building to eat you meet someone lovely and friendly which makes you feel so welcome. We were provided with an off-road fantastic wheelchair and went off to do high ropes and archery with another awesome instructor John. Again, so professional, patient and kind. Lunch was great and we were sad to leave. I can't recommend SOLD highly enough. The communication was brilliant and they even provided facility for our medical equipment in our teepee. We will be visiting all of their facilities and absolutely can't wait for the next trip. Thank you to Paul, Jane, John, Chris and all the people at High Ashurst who made us feel right at home and gave us a very special mini holiday!!!!!!

Partner had worked there previously called in to do a job onsite. He said it looks like great outdoor fun for the family and we will definitely be back. Shame its shut at the moment due to covid. But when it opens again will definitely be checking it out with the family for some much needed outdoor adventure fun can't wait to go !!

The High Ashurst Family weekend thoroughly exceeded our expectations. The outstanding staff was friendly, knowledgeable and highly skilled. It felt like a proper holiday! Our five year old learned proper techniques for rock climbing, archery, orienteering and ninja challenge course! Plus lots of fun running around on the open green, eating marshmallows from the fire and sleeping overnight in a teepee. The food was terrific and the facilities superb. Very clean toilets and showers were a nice surprise, too. We want to go back this summer again!
