On checking web site for opening hours found that Ipswich Branch open Sat so decided to travel round trip of 100 miles and yep they are closed. My father had 2 hearing aids of which one was not working and we had appointment but phone call from lady said she would be 5 hours late not good hence why we travelled. We paid up front and still under warranty but looks as if we are not getting customer satisfaction. So do not bother going to these as they let you down.Even if paying over 2000 for them.
Excellent service, very pleased with my Hearing Aids.
