I am just a consumer so I cannot speak to their distribution, but as far as really good ice cubes go, you can't go wrong with the \Nuzzolese Bros\ ice cubes. You gotta get the ones in the bags that actually say \Nuzzolese Bros\, though. They're crystal clear and have just a drop of sodium so they begin to melt as soon as you eat them. The process that creates clear ice takes time and I appreciate that. It's absolutely the best ice that you can buy if you eat ice cubes. I'm very anemic and have pica as a result. I crave ice and the smell of a freezer. I have tried every kind of ice there is and the best ice in all of New York is definitely Nuzzolese Brothers.

We are disgusted by the way we were treated by Robert Nuzzolese on July 7, 2016. We have been loyal customers of Arctic/Penguin/Nuzzolese Bros. for over 30 years. Arctic replaced their broken ice freezer with a new one 25 years ago and left the broken one with us, telling us we can do whatever we want with it. We used it for storage. Robert delivered our ice on Thursday and demanded that they pick up the old broken unit immediately. I explained that it was given to us 25 years ago by Arctic Ice. He again demanded in a store full of customers that because he is the owner of Nuzzolese Bros. that it belongs to him. I just said nothing, then paid him cash so that he would leave without incident. A Nuzzolese Bros. truck shows up the next day during my peak hours and emptied the old broken freezer, leaving its contents outside and loads it on their truck. The driver tells me they are updating my current ice freezer then proceeds to empty all the ice that I just paid for out of the ice freezer, cuts the cord, leaves an exposed live wire, and removes the freezer. I come out to see how he did and there's all the ice I bought in the past week melting on the sidewalk, no Nuzzolese Bros. truck or driver and no ice freezer. This all happens while I am inside my business helping customers. So now I lost all the money that I paid for ice in the past week and have no ice for my customers .Robert Nuzzolese acted very unprofessional and sneaky. Our messages have not been returned and we have lost our loyalty and trust for Nuzzolese Bros. Ice.
