My husband and I have always had very good experiences with this practice. Dr. Eller is a very good doctor and very thoughtful in explaining procedures and expected outcomes. We highly recommend him.
Outside looks well maintained, the landscape looks beautiful even though it's still winter time. The inside looks very well maintained, clean and organized.
The most incompetent Urology Clinic. From failing to fill prescriptions for days after visiting the doctor and being in pain to leaving the patient waiting an hour after arriving. No apologies, no let me make this right, no information for being delayed. Some of the nurses lack any communication skills, along with manners! If I were you I'd seek a different Urology Clinic. Being a patient with private insurance, they have treated me with no compassion or respect. This office is ran by incompetent, unprofessional, disrespectful and judgmental staff!! If I could leave 0 stars I would!!!!
I saw a urologist here three years ago, and I was told to take a prescription and everything would be fine. I recently went to do a normal check-up to find out the problem was never resolved. I wasn't recommended for a follow-up appointment, and the urologist completely disregarded the information I gave him. The urologist needs to listen better and care more for clients.
