I had my first yoga class with Mari and it was incredible! I was lucky enough to go on a slower morning and had the ability to work on what I was looking to work on and she really understood what I was looking for out of the class. The studio is small, quaint, and filled with very calming, warm energy. Would definitely recommend Pure Synergy Wellness for Yoga and I am looking forward to learning more about everything else they have to offer.

The integrity of their employees is questionable. I wouldn't come near this place or contact them again after interacting with one of the teachers. If I could give a lower rating, I wouldn't hesitate.

Pure Synergy is a great place to receive wellness. I have experienced several world class massages from Tiffany. She is a master at finding and working out the kinks, leaving the body rejuvinated and relaxed. Kristen and Mere are great at yoga instruction. Please help support this gem in Corinth. You won't regret it!!!

Had a shoulder that had been knotted up for about two months. After 90 minutes of deep tissue massage with Ms. Penny - no more knot. She’s fantastic! Directs her attention to exactly where the issue is. I will definitely be returning...hopefully just for relaxation instead of therapy. Thank you Penny!

Massages are incredible. All the therapists are amazing. I left massage drunk, like literally. The classes are great too! Yoga, Pilates and Pound classes even. Check out their large variety of wellness options. The front desk staff will welcome you and walk you through all of your visits. A great community, indeed.
