EXTREMELY disappointed with Redbox. I retired a move the day after renting it so i wouldn’t get changed for another night and even after the screen said it had it was Successfully returned I got charged 33.05 for supposedly “not returning it.” They didn’t even try to give us or money back after speaking with customer service. Definitely won’t recommend and i most certainly will NEVER give them business again! Completely ridiculous.
