i call this company and the lady in the sales department got me waiting forever. I ask her to give me pricing on a 30lbs Speed Queen washer and she never reply back with pricing or even a courtesy call. This was my first time calling and my last time. Sales department i was going to purchase right away the washer but thanks to you i purchased somewhere else. You need to work on your customer service. I rate your company 0.

Warning!!!! This company is the worst of all. I do not recommend it. Their tech team has no idea how to fix the washers and dryers and they consider themselves a company. Don't call them because they're the worst company in South Florida. They took forever to answer my call and leave me waiting for 40 minutes. Get away from this Company!!!!!

El servicio de esta empresa no sirve no saben como tratar a los clientes. Estuve llamando como 8 veces en un dia y solo me ponian a esperar en la linea y nadie me ayudo referente a la compra de una lavadora. Esta empresa necesita que le den clases de servicio a el cliente porque por el trato que me ofrecieron me pude dar de cuenta que no saben como tratar a los clientes.

Los precios mas caros de toda Hialeah. Dios mio la señora de Ventas (Viviana) vendiendome una lavadora top load por 1,160.00 mas Tax. Esos precios estan calientes y eso que dicen ser distribuidores. Señora le recomiendo que no aprietes tanto que nadie les va a comprar y mires los precios online de esos equipos que estan mas baratos.
