I have been going to chicken kitchen for years, I have noticed a significant change. They continue to give you Les and less chicken. They fill your plate with rice then some beans, lettuce and cheese of your choice. In past times they used to chop up half a breast, then three quarters, now its a slice of the breast chopped up into crumbs. Then the little cups they used to measure the amount of breast crumbs they give you has also gotten smaller. You can request more chicken crumbs at a price. Chicken kitchen used to be one of my favorite places to grab a good meal on them go but every time I go, I am more disappointed as they are extremely cheap and ripping people off with the tiny measuring cup for chopped chicken crumbs.

Do your self a favor, and avoid this particular store, more than a chicken kitchen it feels more like a Latin cafeteria that serves Chicken Kitchen items, and regular Cuban food, the Chicken Kitchen food is good, but if you want additional sauces you must pay for it. The other things on the menu are terrible at best. I had the frita, and it was overdone, and poorly presented, Service is also tricky, almost ten minutes to pay; the cashier had challenges operating the card machine.
This place simply knows how to take care of their clients. Consistently with a super friendly approach. The food is fairly priced, regularly delightful and clean.
Simple food was all I wanted so I ordered the Egg Omlet with cheese and veggies - complete with 2 sides, pan tostada and cafe for under 7. Hubs on the other hand, was starving and went with the Steak and eggs con papa fritas, pan tostada and cafe for under 9 - and let me tell you .... he LOVED it!
I liked their food. The only problem I had with this place was the appearance. Chairs were stained and it just looked old. This is the first thing people notice, it is important, and they should do something about it. But the staff was nice. Maybe you can order to go...
