Cant say much about the doctor because I did not meet him. However, support staff provide valuable information about they way patients will be treated. The doctor only sees you for a few minutes but you have to deal with his staff more than him. If the way a call is address any indication of this practice, DONT BOTHER GOING IN. They apparently don't have 4 seconds to answer with a hello and please hold, and when you ask for availability they simply place you back on hold with no information. Called back again AFTER BEING ON HOLD FOR 10 MINS (FIRST TIME CALLING) and back on hold. Unprofessional staff.

I just want to write this comment because I know many people does not write positive comments, they just find the time to write when they have something negative to say. There are many kinds of person and working with public and providing a service it is not an easy task. People are very difficult to pleased. Keep doing what you’re doing do not pay attention to any negative messages. You’ve been helping people that really appreciate your time and dedication. In addition, you have too many patients because you’re doing a great job. There are many patients coming back for the annual checkups and prenatal care so they must be doing something really good at the office. I have been going to the office for more than a year since I had some medical issues and I have seen the four physicians (Dr. Bali, Dr. Hech and the 2 nurse practitioner, Daray, which takes her time and explained everything in detail and Yamila, which is incredibly passionate of her profession). The office staff is exceptionally good and they are always welcoming and smiling. I feel like family in this office. Thanks Dr. Bali for your amazing staff.

This doctor is trash. I would never recommend anyone for his visit. He was extremely offensive of my culture and insulting. Perhaps his medical skills are good but everyone with an MD degree has good training. I wouldn't go out of my way to write a yelp review or to even write anything negative in regards a medical professional. 0 Stars & I'm disgusting at his practice, having over 20 plus pregnant women in his waiting lobby. I had to give 1 star to post, but its definitely in the negatives.

Very good doctors. Surgery Coordinator Marjorie is an excellent person. Professional, highly trained, patient, very human. An extraordinary human being. The staff who take calls at the front desk quite rude and rude. I think they would be in tune with the rest of the good services if they improved their treatment of the caller.

Where do I begin? I’ve had a horrible experience with the staff from this office, not to mention I was misdiagnosed. First time I went to get my pap smear done, the Nurse Practitioner (NP) Daray was kind of rude to me and demonstrated zero empathy when I was telling her my experience with previous GYNs since unfortunately I have a gynecological history plus a chronic disease that compromises my immune system. At some point I had to comeback for something else so I made another appointment with Daray. However, after waiting hrs because she was late, I had to see the other NP instead ( Im assuming she did not want to see me ). This NP (who I don’t remember her name) misdiagnosed me and rushed me through the consult because she had to go to lunch and told me to follow up in a month. A month and a biopsy later from another GYN Doctor I was diagnosed with a precancerous lesion. These are the health professionals we have now a days! Truly sad. I do not recommend this office what so ever! Not safe !! Also!! The nurses constantly violate the patient confidentiality law because they always call 2 patients at the same time to get the vitals and medical history with the door completely open and they are so loud that everyone can hear your business in that office. In addition, if you need to call for an appointment, prepare to be put on hold for several mins and the majority of the time they hang up the phone on you if they are too busy (which is always). They schedule too many people!! It is all about the money. Lastly, I want you to know that I am not exaggerating, it really is this bad. If you decide to go, you will see what I’m telling you. PS. I never saw Dr. Dominguez Bali, I guess he only sees pregnant women?? And not regular patients?? Who knows
