First rate service. Boiler broke down during cold weather. HGS were recommended by a friend. Friendly, helpful. Rob rang to discuss my options as to boiler used & needed. Engineers turned up on time, used masks etc. Left tidy, all rubbish taken, had checked all radiators. Courtesy call from Rob after to make sure I was happy & everything was ok, which it was. Very happy customer. Thank you.
HGS plumbing kindly installed a new radiator for us. Their advice to novices beforehand on which radiator to go for etc was very useful and considerate. We got the quote remotely due to limiting covid risk. The engineers who came to do the job were very professional and polite and had a 'can-do' attitude when it came to a couple of hurdles to jump to get the radiator installed. All in all they did a great job and we're really happy with how the radiator looks. We'll be in touch again soon to get some more radiators fitted :)
