Pay is competitive, benefits offering is exceptional, work-life balance has flexibility, and staff in head office are given the correct tools and resources needed to get things done! Opinions aside; Hexagon Care Services are officially Ranked number 1 in Ofsted ratings out the top ten biggest private providers of Children's Residential services - 100% good or outstanding Ofsted ratings across all the homes and schools at the time of writing this review. It's clear a child-centered approach is core to Hexagon Care Services practice. From support workers to CEO everybody plays an important part to ensure the best outcomes for young-people.
I've worked for Hexagon Care for coming up to 10 years, there has never been a day in my career that i have felt unsupported, under valued and have witnessed first hand the effort they put into staff training and support. What really makes me stay though is the fact that every day, every single employee from the top to the bottom is fighting to change the lives of Children and young people and never give up.
I have worked for the company since April 2018 and I can truely say it is one of the best company’s I have worked for I over 20 years. There induction and training packages is one of the best, the support from management and higher management is fantastic with always time given to individuals, especially around development and growing. In addition to that the company benefits are being developed all the time to ensure that they offer the best to their employees. I have fully enjoyed my time working for Hexagon Care and I am truely looking forward to continuing to work with them as they grow.
In my experience this organisation provides a high level of care and staff training. I have worked for them for nearly 20 years, they have invested in training massively with all their courses being CPD and or externally accredited. I myself used to be a home manager and had endless amounts of compliments from our neighbours. It is a tough job and sometimes some homes may go through tough times but I can honestly say that this organisation and its services on the whole makes a positive difference every single day to the lives of some of the country's most vulnerable and sometimes challenging young people.
