I had my BMW X3 diagnosed at a different garage however they weren’t able to carry out repairs in a timely manor so I contacted the guys at Autologic to see if they could carry out the work. They recommended that they carry out diagnosis themselves. I agreed to this and although the outcome was similar to the first garage they advised that they try something different as experience told them that it could be something similar. Long story short I saved approx 600. I’ve waited a couple of months before submitting review to ensure that all is good and yes it is. Really professional garage. Highly recommend them. Thanks guys.

I have been using Autologic now for many years. They took care of my X5 and now have taken care of my X6. The service I received this past week was excellent. The problem was diagnosed as a suspension issue and was dealt with in a total professional manner with expert BMW knowledge and a good price. If you want your BMW looking after with TLC then I can’t recommend them highly enough.

Autologic Hessle doesn't treat you like a customer, they treat you like family. I have had multiple services with them and they have always delivered on time and on budget; they have always been extremely helpful, to the point that they helped me fit after market parts (FOC). Most notably I had an engine remap on my BMW 430D (F36). The map is provided by Superchips but applied by Autologic; whilst there was additional BHP and torque the thing i was most impressed with was the refinement. Gear changes were smoother, the car felt more agile; this wasn't a remap that was only focused at getting power at any cost.
