Toys for Trucks was great! I took my Jeep in because I was experiencing the dreaded \Death Wobble\. Jon was upfront with me from the get-go, explaining that they had dealt with and fixed death wobble on numerous occasions, and they would certainly figure out what was going on with mine. After getting the vehicle fixed, the Jeep drives amazing! The death wobble is gone! Jon and the rest of the staff were very professional and courteous throughout my entire visit. Jon is an honest broker and a very personable individual that makes you know that you are leaving your vehicle with people that truly care about their craft, and with satisfying the customer. I absolutely recommend Toys for Trucks, and will definitely be going back for any service or parts in the future!

Made a reservation two weeks out and paid 140 as asked. Was comfortable doing this because the reviews are good and I needed a specialist. Brought truck down from Big Bear to level suspension on an 1st gen 4Runner. John helped out and was polite and professional when I spoke with him. As time went on, I had to initiate phone calls for status. Promises to call me back with an update and a quote never happened. 3 1/2 weeks later there was no progress on vehicle, as they were \swamped\. Total time spent hoping Toys For Trucks could help out with my truck - 5 1/2 weeks. I called them today and asked to just leave the truck out front and I could pick it up. Asked John if he would refund the initial 140 or would prefer I left a review - he said they would prefer to keep the money.

I need parts for my 06 sliverado and I went to toys for trucks and told them what I need and they took care of me. the staff there always treats me like family and the staff are very knowledgeable. so if you have a truck and need help please go see my boys at toys for truck they will hook you up.

Forget any low star reviews. I don't work here, I've never worked here, and all I know is I took my Jeep here, dropped it off, and got it back the same day with a new front bumper, winch installed very clean, and limb risers. Why anyone would rate this shop below a 5-star is beyond me. If you're dragging your feet on whether or not to pull the trigger on this shop, don't. Go here for your off-roading needs and stop being disappointed by other shops. When you go in with respect, you get respect reciprocated. Remember: it's a small automotive shop that does 1,000% quality work. That kind of turnaround and dedication takes time and patience, and it costs a larger premium. You're not going to pay this shop 40 to install a winch like you would your Uncle Johnny. If Uncle Johnny is such a master mechanic, take your stuff to him. Otherwise, if you want the absolute best, consider setting aside time, patience, and labor funds. You will not be disappointed at Toys For Trucks. A, 100%, 10/10, or whatever else you want to label this shop. I'll just say that for my money, there is no alternative.
