They have put great measures in place to ensure everyone is safe which was the first thing I noticed and loved! The girl that washed/blow dryed my hair was great she was very gentle which I can imagine required a lot of patience considering how knotted my hair was (even after detangling at home!). The only thing that kind of let me down was the fact the guy cut of about 3-4inches during my *trim* (I know this because I measure my hair with a tape measure every month). I think the mistake was trimming it while it was blowdryed and not straightened as I have a lot of shrinkage! But it's hair and it will grow back! All in all my hair looked good after my appointment and it stayed straight for about a week (would have lasted longer if it hadn't rained during the week!).
None of the usual chatter and hanging around, like in a lot of black hairdressers. I have been to some, where I have been there for about 4-5 hours. Well worth the travel from Liverpool to Coventry.
