at 08:30 in the morning i needed a bouquee of flowers to take to funeral ...to be ready at 10:30. phoned 4 or 5 places in Raanana and none of them could do it before 11:00. in most cases the people i spoke to new nothing about flowers. Then i found Noam , phoning them i got to speak to Aliza, totaly professional and kind serviable (parden my french). She opened the fridge and told what availabe...the result was that the family was so moved and admired the fowers and that bouquet was the talk of the day
Cannot trust them. I booked a delivery for a friend who had birthday a day before, to assure it will come on time. It was over 500 NIS. During the birthday day I called three times, and every time got delayed answeres. Eventually only at 19:20 they started working on it. On 21:00 they informed me the delivery will not be done - and lied to me about the reasons. My friend didn't get the birthday gift. They didn't even appologies. Stay aways from them is the delivery is important to you. Adding to my complain due to the reply from the vendor, who - again - does not assume any responsibility for the caused demage and not even once bothered to appologies. The third closure started at midnight, and not at 20:00. In addiition - delievries are allowed even during closure. Also - I checked and tere was no problem to get to Modiin. The rest is all stories you and your delievery unit is telling to cover for your poor service. .

Even at 10pm when I assumed everything was closed, I called Noam Flowers and to my luck Daniel answered the phone. He is easily the most professional florist around. The service was absolutely amazing. The amount of energy he invests in making sure the entire bouquet stays symmetrical all comes from his heart. His love for flowers is what allows the work to look perfect. Highly recommended! Thank you

awful customer service. I've ordered flowers on valentine's day morning through their website, and they called me 2.5 hours later to tell me they are out of flowers, and I can pay more to get some other flowers than the one I've ordered or alternatively cancel my order. it's a shame they won't offer any useful solution (with no extra charge). They could have solved it easily, Instead they have lost a return customer.
