Good service when collecting & returning the van. No problems with the van, perfect for moving our daughter to Bristol.

Prompt service, polite ease of picking up vehicle
I'm having 12 years rental car experience and I must say: This might be Britain's best rental car station! I picked up a car a few min before closing...all the way friendly, even though it was Friday 5pm...that's how rental car customer service is done! 5*****s without hesitation! When I'm Lancaster I would come again.
Best car renting experience in UK I have ever had. Friendly and extremely helpful staff. They literally saved my weekend after my booking was cancelled in Avis at the very last moment(because I'm foreigner). 10/10
Friendly, efficient staff. Stress free collection and return.
