Shambles, let me hire a van, so I purchased all my ikea bit, only to get a text 10 minutes later saying it has been cancelled. Customer support were no help 'computer says no'. All the issues were surrounding having moved house 2 weeks ago, all of my documents and cards were up to date but their system that verifies wasn't. Appalling

Be careful, the excess is high if in an accident, 850 for over 25s, i was only 3 miles away and an hour wasn't enough. Best getting a propper rental with decent excess and less stress. Also checking vehicle and filling up with fuel eats into your time,
Useless! The booking screen in IKEA was broken so I wasn't about to get the reduced price with my family card. Anyway booked online and then heard nothing about my application. A week later and nothing has happened. I sent two support messages through their website that were ignored. The support number is 7p a min and I got fed up waiting on hold. Useless, don't bother!!
