Fantastic! These people are there for you. If you suffer in silence with mental health issues, I recommend this place with the highest regard. They have all kinds of help on offer for you. Pier Support, Mentoring, Courses which cover a variety of topics (such as Mindfulness, Anxiety, Building Confidence, Meditation and more) One to One service for support and weekly coffee group for cuppa catch-ups. The coffee group also goes out for lunch or local cafe! You are not alone here and there are voluntary opportunities on offer. This place is vital and is worth knowing about.
