This is the best aerial studio around in my opinion. Every instructor is incredibly knowledge, friendly and helpful. They are forever your cheer leaders and the whole HD&F team are a big family support network. Great value for money with classes and subscriptions with a well kept and very pretty studio. They are constantly working on how the studio can improve both for the students and as a business. You know its good when it becomes your happy place.

Brilliant Studio. Highly knowledgeable and experienced instructors, very friendly and welcoming atmosphere. Excellent value for money. Not to mention the variety of classes on the timetable! I often attend workshops and training courses here - seeking the best of the best.
Clean and beautiful studio and very friendly staff and students. Whether you're a beginner or have been training for years, there is a place for everyone here and the instructors find a way of ensuring that everyone is pushed to the best of their own ability. Classes are very reasonably priced and I've always felt safe and comfortable here.
Stacey came to our studio and taught the X-Pole Kid's Aerial Course to all of our instructors. The course was extremely well run and Stacey is full of information! We all learnt so much and would highly recommend her for any courses. As well as being taught first hand by Stacey, she is also a huge part of the pole industry and offers so much support to many studio owners. Thank you so much for everything Stacey xxx
Herts Dance and Fitness is Amazing! I've been coming for years. It's great fun and a fantastic all round exercise. The teachers are lovely and brilliant at what they do. I would highly recommend HD&F for all ages and abilities
