An amazing experience. Met them at the EXCEL wedding fair and made a preliminary booking. Was so easy to follow up and confirm the booking, as they held date as agreed. Easy to pay the balance, despite my card having an online transfer min Ahmet was relaxed on settling the bill. Explained we may over run one hour more than planned, driver had been made aware on the day, good communication. They explained cars are not booked out more than one wedding in the day. Driver came promptly and dressed well. He was polite and ever so calm and helpful. I was so hot and flappy, he put on the air con full blast as requested, straight away. We made it in time to our destination. The car was beautiful and got many compliments and people taking pictures at the venue. We did over run by an hour but settling the extra payment could not have been simpler. The ribbon and license plate were beautiful touches and to keep the license plate was just an added beautiful extra, that we used later for our wedding pictures. Thank you Driven, can’t recommend you guys enough! Also you put our mind at ease with your professionalism and organisation with any of our correspondence with your company, especially when we mentioned your previous poor review on google. Thank you.
