We arranged an appointment for a time that meant we had to reschedule work meetings, as this was the only time that Andre was willing to fit us in around his day - he then just turned up the day before. He didn't bring any brochures or samples with him, but said he would send us a quote the same day or next day, along with some kind of brochure/information so we could see the door options. We did not receive anything and when we followed up the week after, we got a short email reply that it was in the post. In the post we received the piece of paper that he had written down the door measurements on (whilst standing in our house) with a price added on. We asked again for an image/additional information about the door that we were being asked to pay over 1200 for - we got no reply for a while and then a couple of weeks later he sent an unclear/undetailed diagram of a door which wasn't what we had asked for. Seems like they didn't really want the work and just couldn't be bothered.

Highly recommend Dan, from Hertford Glass, after the fantastic job he did replacing our two stair and landing spindles with stunning glass. I installed LED lighting under each handrail and the combination looks great as I think you'll agree from the attached photos.
Have used hertford glass to buy and install new front door. Competitive quality doors and for glass repair. They have been first glass on delivery and service. Would recommend everyone to use this company. 10/10.

I have had various things fitted by Hertford Glass ranging from Bi-Fold doors, windows, roof lanterns and lastly internal glass doors and Splashbacks. The fitters have always been on time, polite and gone above and beyond to please. We had a small issue with our door that was dealt with promptly. Would defiantly recommend and keep on using for my glass and glazing needs.
