I hate leaving bad reviews but they have taken my money, haven’t delivered a bouncy castle and after months of emails still no word or refund. A real shame

I used County Castles during the summer for a holiday club. John provided 10 sessions for us throughout the 4 weeks we run and provided an excellent service. He very kindly provided for both of my sites and ensured that the children got the most out of bouncy castles. He was very patient with us as we had a slightly late payment, to which he was very understanding of. We have used many bouncy castle companies before, but County Castles were the most effectively in catering for our needs. I would highly recommend them to anyone and we will be using them again. They are also very reasonable priced! John was fantastic, very honest and helpful.
Brilliant service from John and his family. Hired a bouncy castle for our sons 3rd birthday and it was brilliant. On time, cost efficient and really great service. Will definitely use again.
John and his family provided the ultimat service for our family party, going above and beyond to support us and make the party the massive success that it was. John is reliable, honest, trust worthy and a true gentleman. He jumped in last minute when another company let me down. I only recommend county castles now and wouldn't use anyone else. Fab castles, excellent customer service and reliable - there's nothing more that you could want!!
I help organise and run the Hertford Heath Village Fete and County Castles have been coming to us for a number of years. John and his family are extremely courteous, professional, friendly, helpful and honest and I would have absolutely no hesitation in recommending them to anyone. In fact they are bringing a bouncy castle to our home tomorrow for a party. Having seen the review from Katie Lloyd, I'm afraid I cannot believe this and would suggest she makes contact with John as he has asked and discuss any problems.
