Dr lançaster was the best and only reason I stayed . He is a real good Dr and the only reason I can see why that surgery has not gone into administration sooner . The rest i experienced showed a real unprofessional forgetfulness and lack of duty of care , and that's stemming back from years before the pandemic started ! Can I just add on things might have changed since I wrote this , let's hope so . The power of the feedback Thank you and stay safe

This surgery is so helpful! Sometimes you have to wait to get through but you're given a spot in a queue. Staff have been lovely to me here. I've lived in Nottingham and London prior to Hertford and has awful experiences there whereas here things are done fairly quickly and I've never had a rude member of staff. :)

Don't ever go with this surgery the service is terrible, can't get through on the phone, the online appointment system is useless, you have to answer so many questions and then the session won't finalise and you have to start again. Dr Phillip Lancaster is brilliant and I can't fault him but it's near impossible to see a GP now. It wasn't great before but since the merger of 2 surgeries it has become a nightmare. Also there is no parking not even for vulnerable or elderly patients.

Very rude receptionists, if they received basic training in politeness, civility, empathy and compassion it would be a vast improvement. The pharmacist believes he is a GP, consultant, physio and lifestyle coach who thinks it is within his remit to belittle you to the point that you feel utterly worthless about yourself.
