Surreal pleasant place just by the motorway.
It's interesting but not something to spend a lot of time on. Go see the other art installations in the area while you are here.

Interesting instalation. Had fun walking to the top of the big stairs.
Boring. Although the view of Herning City at night is a brilliant sight from the top. Elia does not live up to your expectations about the structure. It might be delightful to look at at a distance, but up close you would get a taste of the stairs of hell. The climb to the top is exhausting and quite annoying. But alas, I did not hate it, nor did I love it. Also, I'm quite sure the fire breathing thing never happens. If you experience the fire breathing thing for yourself, I would recommend you buy a lottery ticket.
Elia is quite cool as modern sculpture goes. It's big, dominating presence in otherwise plain surroundings and there is quite nice panoramic view from the top. It's worth visiting if you are in the area but I wouldn't go far out of my way for it.
An interesting place to visit. Impressive giant art piece.
