It was better than last time. Burger King is in my personal opinion the lesser evil of the fast food joints in town. It's okay food but a bit pricey.

Very bad serving. The server tried to trick me by extra charging in my order, and not only that, but when the order was finished, after a good 25 minutes, I checked my food, and a big portion of it was missing. So he tried to trick me again. When I went back, I got the rest of the food that was missing and I asked the manager or superviser that was on that shift, for an explanation as to why I was being charged extra. She (an asian girl) was very rude, passive agressive, did not even apologise for the mistakes that were made, even if by the employee, and gave me the rest of the money that were unfairly charged, but in a very rude manner and with no sign of politeness. It was the first time I visited this BK place, but, for sure, it will be the last time.
A new employee was dealing the order.. I understand that he was learning.. but when he had spent 10 mins struggling with the order.. he should have gotten help.. sooner..

Good ice cream drink and food, but very slow service, which unfortunately has become a common thing in Burger Kings in Herning, Århus and Silkeborg.
Long waiting time, staff is not friendly and nice, lack of variety in menu.
The restaurant could use a make over. Furnitures are damaged, floor does not look clean. Burgers could use more dressing but the fries are fantastic.
