Tried sending emails as directed by website and phone but both returned. How do you get an answer from this company or talk to someone to find out why a bus missed out a road!!!

fantastic service and support from the lads in the control centre at Eddington Lane Herne Bay last evening. They were superb in locating my wife's friend's handbag(left on a Triangle Bus) which included her car keys, house keys, credit cards etc They located the bag on an operational service and made immediate plans for its return. Well done lads and thanks
Stagecoach have been fantastic in locating my son's phone that he left on the school bus. Even before they finally found it, communication was excellent and so friendly. They were fabulous!
