Initial experience was great. Very disappointed though as I ordered a fridge freezer 60/40 split and received a 50/50. If this company confirmed details by email then perhaps there would not have been a problem.

Herne Bay Domestics came to look at my faulty dishwasher and when it was not worth paying for the repair was able to supply me with a replacement. I found the sales staff very helpful as I wanted to book a particular date for delivery and the delivery staff very efficient and tidy in the removal of my old appliance. I would definitely use them again for future repairs or purchases.

I am very impressed with Herne Bay domestics. My Washer dryer broke on Christmas Eve, I called the shop just as they were closing for Christmas and they helped me choose a new one for delivery and fitting on their fist day in the New Year. This was fitted today and the guys were so efficient and helpful. I will definitely use them in the future and would recommend them to anyone
