Went with my family and got alot of information about beginner electric guitars and amps. Will return to purchase a set soon.

If I could rate zero stars I would. They have absolutely no respect for their customers. Garbage Employees.

Hermes Music never lets me down. They're always well stocked in any musical item purchase I may need and have competitive prices and terrific customer care and service.

Fixed a raised fret on my acoustic without having to refret the entire thing for a more than affordable amount...whereas I would've been charged 80 at a different place! So thank you. I appreciate it a lot.
