I have bought almost everything for my new house from here and unfortunately I have had the worst experience ever. Firstly, I bought a wardrobe and found out the door was broken and I contacted them they said it will arrive soon before 1st of January but I have not received it yet. Secondly, I have ordered some more things and when I have received them the TV board was broken and I was missing a lot of items. After I have contacted the customer service they told me I will get all of my items today 6th of January but when I have received them I was still missing 6 items. So I called them again and asked for it and they promised me again i will get my items on 8th so i waited and today after I received the delivery I AM STILL MISSING 2 MORE ITEMS. I hope you guys will focus more on customer services and delivery as well. This is the last time I am purchasing anything from jysk. Thank you very much.
