I think that one of the most important things when traveling is to feel comfortable and safe, and this agency and his manager offers you that. They are always there for you to have the best tours, they want you to be in interest places but also visiting common places for local people where you can get to know their customs and traditions, as this is one the things that the owner believes is very important for a foreign person to know and interact with, to actually be where the locals live their daily life. Finally he invited me to have dinner with his family and it was one of the best experiences of my life, they treat and receive me as family, and I got the chance to talk with them about religion and traditions. So it was an incredible experience with this agency, because they showed me that the best way to get to know a country is by knowing their people, and by having quality time with them, you will learn about the way they see life, traditions and customs, there is not a better way to travel.

Hariom and his collaborators made our trip unique. Since the beginning we had a lot of email exchanges and the agency was always taking care of all our requests. They know India very well and they are able to give suggestions for every single case. We were travelling with a child and we had a lot of help from them. After a long long day visiting Jaipur you will want to arrive to a good hotel and rest... that will not happen here. is an old hotel and the mattress are impossible to use. we tried to contact the manager and he never answered back. also we schedule a full day tour to Agra and was a complete waste of time and money. the hotel, service receiced, the attitude of the employees at the restaurant, the swimming pool... I can't find words to describe our horrible experience there. the only thing I received from this site was pushing me to write a review.
