I completed cross institutional study at this university for a post graduate degree I was doing in Australia. Online delivery was excellent, lecturers were excellent. Everything was good until it came time to receive the academic statement. They provided provisional grades after the course was completed and it’s been almost a year and I they still haven’t released final grades. Given that most universities require an offical academic statement, my home university will not let me graduate until I provide this. It’s an absolute joke. I’d recommend avoiding doing any cross institutional study with this university. Their bureaucracy has delayed my graduation. The only university I’ve ever encountered who is this slow at releasing final grades.
