I took my ageing laptop to U Break We Fix to see if they could retrieve Windows 7 which had ground to a halt - I didn't want to upgrade to Windows 10 because I would have lost some valuable software. They had to overcome some major issues created by PC World's repair team who had had my laptop for a month! U Break we Fix fixed it within a few hours. Great service at a very reasonable price by really friendy helpful people.
Took my phone in as the charging port had suffered from seawater exposure earlier this year; after several months, the phone stopped charging and effectively died. These guys quickly diagnosed the problem and ordered the necessary spare part. Repair was completed on time and its now like new. Overall, they provided a great service and the repair cost was very reasonable. No phone data was lost. Overall, I was impressed and delighted with the repair. Strongly recommend this shop for all mobile phone repairs.
These guys replaced my HTC battery within two hours on a busy day for only 30. All the other shops in Hereford and elsewhere that were willing to take the job on said i would take min 2days as access was via the screen and motherboard. Can't recommend these guys enough.
