Really bad staff called for a perception and the line didn't work so called the other line and explained to the woman that I needed my medication and the woman in the phone refused to help so tried to call again on the perception line again and it worked to say I was no 55 in the cue there times 10 till 1 are a joke what are people who work 9 till 5 ment to do an absoulty joke the only reason I gave 1 star is because I had to but it is a 0 star for me

This is not directed at the staff at Quay House but there Herefordshire hub as a whole. Having a problem that will deteriorate to urgent but is not urgent yet gets you an appointment in 11 days time, or a call from a triage nurse at a random time during the day (when you are at work and can't answer the phone), or wait until you have no choice but to go to A and E which is an avoidable waste of everybodys' time. Cellulitis, which I have had previously needs treating with antibiotics, but due to a lack of available medical staff or appointments I will need to wait until it has progressed to the point where I cant walk on my foot and have to go to A and E. The best thing about it all is that no one seems to care. The receptionists at Hereford Medical group simply say that they are the only appointments that we have and if it gets worse go to A and E! I thought we were all trying to avoid doing that.

Dreadful since the merge!!!! Sent a letter to cancel my husband's Monday appointment on the Friday. No phone call or email / text and guess what my husband didn't receive the letter. We now have to wait 20 mins minimum to get through to book appointments. The whole system is rubbish. Considering changing surgeries to be honest.
