If you’re scared of basic human interaction, well, you’ve got bigger problems than a leaky pipe.
I had a blocked bathroom sink, called Lofty on Wednesday 3rd. of January and he fitted me in the next day. After an hour of gurgling and bad smells (the sink, not Lofty ), a great deal of many years of built up gunge emerged and my sink was running free again. All done with a cheerful smile and final cost was far more reasonable than I expected. I would heartily recommend Lofty. Great service.

What great service! Found this website and Emailed Lofty last night at 9pm, after having spent most of the day waiting for so called \emergency\ plumbers to call back. He said he would come round this morning Sunday (on a bank holiday weekend). Turned up on time, fitted new shower (great relief) and didn't charge me fortune. Polite efficient what more can I say. Will definitely use again.
