Reception staff didn't pass my call on 4 times. My partner had below knee amputation 14dec that was superb but then released he's had no aftercare no follow up calls now his dressing has come off. Having to go A&E tried numerous numbers etc to contact you. Very very disappointed. Still no aftercare. No OT sent out. No help. No one has sent his release notes out. Very very angry

I chose the Nuffield as that is where the surgeon I wanted to replace my knee joint operated. The system worked very smoothly and all completed in 6 weeks. At no time was it rushed and everybody was very pleasant. Yes the building is from the 70’s so not attractive but the interior appears well maintained. The check in was efficient and seemed fine. Having been due to have my operation first I was in fact last. This was badly communicated. Odd things were not as organised as they should have been. The support staff could not have been more helpful and caring which at times I was very grateful for.
The surgery and care I received was second to none, I had been quite ill or a few years but since my surgery my life has been completely turned around. Thankyou Nuffield Hereford.
My husband Nick was at the Nuffield yesterday for an inguinal hernia operation. We were very impressed by the efficiency, cheerfulness, care and sheer professionalism of all the staff. We send sincerest thanks to all the staff, and especially to the surgeon who made such a good job of his operation!
Hi all, had a blood test here today, an amazing experience, very friendly and helpful lovely people. Thanks to Jenny and training nurse Ellen, two lovely people, had such a laugh with them, thanks you two for making my appointment a pleasure.
