They sold my flat within days of it going on the market and handled everything in a very professional manner answering any question immediately. Even two years after the sale they were more than happy to assist me in replacing some documents that I had misplaced. Very friendly and extremely helpful staff. Highly recommend to any buying/ selling.

Useless. Booked a viewing at an apartment and they never showed up. Stood waiting outside and called the office to see where they were. Told us they'd call back right away and let us know what was going on. After 20 minutes we call again - said they would give us a call back immediately. It's been 2 hours now. Safe to say we didn't wait any longer. Awful waste of time. **Edit - moving up from 1 star to 3 as the owner kindly gave me a call to apologise which was much appreciated**
First contact was with Alison. What a breath of fresh air! There's nothing worse than having a bolshie 'know-it-all' come blithering into your home, making the process (which is absolutely horrible in itself) even more daunting. I had a few of those when making initial enquiries. Then Alison of Hunters arrived and I scratched every other Estate Agents off my list. Hunters are up front, informative, available and reliable. Having moved house on numerous occasions I have to say that the Team at Hunters Estate Agents Hereford proved themselves to be the most professional and competent estate agents that I have had dealings with.
