I went in for quite a serious cut. I was attended to quickly and had a really good reception and quickly through to the A&E nurse who attended to me very quickly. In and out in under a half hour.

Very impressed by the quality of care, the friendly treatment, the emphasis on keeping the patient informed, the professionalism. It's clean, the staff are great. Very impressed by the quality of care. Always a reassuring pleasure for anyone in my family. Easy to get to, good parking. Well signposted inside and great staff attitude.

I'm leaving this review for the pharmacy within Hereford County Hospital. They were able to provide emergency medication for my terminally ill partner which saved us a trip to A&E. We are usually based in London but were caught out by the new lockdown measures, meaning we were without an essential repeat prescription. The HCH pharmacy were incredibly understanding and knowledgable, and were able to supply the same day, despite my partner being registered in London. I have experience of 2-3 hospital pharmacies in London, and I have to say Hereford's is much, much more efficient. A special mention to the pharmacist Caroline who made the whole process incredibly smooth.

Helpful staff. Good doctor. I just had to wait a long time for an appointment with a doctor. Which increases the risk of getting covid 19. Since it was late at night, this service can be considered acceptable.

My husband was taken by ambulance to Hereford County Hospital on 16th. June where a brain scan identified a Mass which proved to be Brain Cancer - in association with Birmingham hospital it was agreed that he should remain at Hereford eventually it was obvious that he required palliative care which he received at Hereford County Hospital as there was a waiting list at the Hospice - a room was located on Lugg Ward where his treatment continued and was second to none all NHS staff were absolutely amazing, the palliative care team were wonderful and supported my lovely husband and the family during this unbelievably difficult time it was agreed that moving him to the hospice should there be room would not be a good idea at that time and so he ended his life on 3rd. July in a room on Lugg Ward surrounded by nothing but love and wonderful care. Thank you all for everything that you do to provide amazing care for your patients.
