I was very close to getting an Audi and due to my lack of mobility , I asked if they could come to me so that I could view the car. (It's just a few miles.) However, Matt on live chat said they don't do it. I said it wasn't very disability friendly (a Skoda dealer obliged and came from Gloucester) He took my details though, so I was hopeful, but I never heard back. I then started up a chat to follow up the next day but never even got a reply, even though it Karen was online. Matt, Karen, that was not good service and I'm disappointed in the low service provided by representatives of this premium brand Audi won't get a penny from me. Hyundai Hereford (Motorline) were amazing-they got my business too.
