Great displays of beautiful plants and all garden requirements. Most garden centres at this time of year (Oct) are minimal but not here. It was full of colour and interesting ideas

Fantastic selection of plants and outdoor decor. The Christmas selection of decorations is fantastic and nearly as good as oakchurch. The toys and the kids section could do with been improved and aimed at a slightly older audience. Personally don't see the point the clothing been off limits when the women's section isn't. I do think there is issues with the security scanners because I've been in 3 times and twice they have gone off when I haven't carried any bags with items brought.
Had a lovely Eggs Benedict. Very tasty. Service was fabulous. Waitress was friendly, informative and even though she was busy, you would never have known. She ensured everything was running smoothly and all with a smile on her face. All very covid safe. Good job!!
Top quality stock
My daughter and I plus 7 year old grandaughter went to store on 14th Sept. Lovely cuppas and scones in restaurant. Staff friendly and very welcoming. Great praise for them. However when purchasing garden items at the tills it was a very different matter. Both myself and my daughter were spoken to in an offensive rude manner. I personally felt like a leper not a paying customer. As we were leaving the alarm went off. Said till assistant began screeching at us in regards to a purchase. Luckily another assistant politely told my daughter all was fine. It was quite the worst experience We have ever had in this garden centre. Thankfully the restaurant staff were so nice. But, I am in no hurry to revisit. Especially as my seven year old grandaughter asked me \grandma why are some people so rude ?\ Very disgruntled Cheryl
