I recently reserved a car for hire for a week.Pick up was meant to be in Hereford later that day, I received a phone call 10 minutes after the initial call to say they had no cars in Hereford but if I could to Worcester they had a car free. I agreed to this and said I would be there at 3pm to pick it up. I then booked a taxi to take me there, luckily upon arrival the taxi driver said she would wait to make sure it was all fine. When I went in the staff member had no record of a booking for me and they also had no cars available until Monday. He then looked into it further and said I had been booked in to collect in Worcester on Monday. He offered a small van which i declined. The salesman was very apologetic even though it was not his fault. The taxi cost 60 and kindly took me back to Hereford. I have since tried to contact Enterprise through their contact us page on their website. It's now 2 months later and I still haven't heard back from them. I gave then one star due to the salesman in Worcester. I would not recommend them.

I needed a car asap. Rang them at 8am. Got a car with in 20mins and on my way. The staff are angles and amazing so helpful. The Cars are brand new had a Ford 70plate with only 900miles on clock.
We hired a van from enterprise, unfortunately, difficulties with another firm meant we had to change our plans at very short notice.. Spoke to Guy from the Hereford branch and he was brilliant, so helpful and accommodating.. Excellent customer service.. Thank you
Ok but took some time to organise vehicle
I rent vehicles regularly. The vehicles are excellent. Staff courteous BUT, I often don't get the vehicle that I ordered. Although I am picked up from my home, a service which I am grateful for, unfortunately the collection is often over an hour later than specified, sometimes 2 hours.
