I brought a bike of this company 3 years ago and continued to have them service it since . John is one of the nicest person have ever met and service is first class and if the bike doesn't need something replacing he will tell you .I leave my bike in their capable hands and have completely trust in them.
Bought a second hand bike off John had a problem after a couple of months rang up bring it down he said couldn't be more helpful in the end did a good deal on new one chuffed to bits with bike & the service John & Ben offer. Good place to get a bike.
Looked on website for directions and opening times, noticed they were open today (20/3/17) so drove 29 miles expecting to arrive at a glossy and large glass fronted building as SHOWN on the website. When i arrived i had to ask two people where the company actually was and then directed to a large green building with no windows and NOT even a sign showing Hereford Electric Bike Centre. Asked a guy on the first floor of the building and stated this was the bike centre but the person running it wasn't around, a WASTED JOURNEY so won't be going there again. How the owner gets around the trade descriptions act is hard to imagine.
