I pay an amount of rent that is extortionate for the property I live in. When I call your out of hours repairs not only do you not answer the phone I have to find an alternative number on Google. Which was answered I'm told we aren't helping now its to dangerous but it isn't I want to see who carried out a risk assesment and deemed it dangerous because that's a joke. I pay rent for a poor repairs service that always fobs me off and doesn't get anything done and a housing officer that is truly incompetent. I wish to take this matter up with the CEO. You are in breach of the housing disrepair guidelines & the housing act who is responsible for legal compliance? Please can I have your Registered legal address as it is no longer showing on your website and The name of who is legally responsible for the repairs service. And finally your NHF registration details. I need these so my solicitors can prepare and file the appropriate claims thank you

A joke. For three years they have allowed myself and my family, including my 10 year old son to be harassed and threatened by my alcohic, drug addicted neighbour and won't do anything. The woman has drove me to want to end my life by threatening me whenever I leave my house but the housing aren't interested because that would mean doing their job!!
