Thankfully I don't need a doctor that often so this is based on the flu vaccination programme. There handling of the flu vaccination is less than helpful. I had mine done at Tesco because I couldn't wait for them any longer I am over 65. You are told not to contact them about this either. Its shameful, they need to communicate with their patients more openly. Goodness knows how they will manage when it comes to rolling out the Covid 19 vaccination, the whole country will have had it before us. Hopefully there will be other alternatives available then visiting this surgery.

I would have given this surgery 5 stars for the doctors but this review is in relation to a receptionist called Becky who was so rude to me today on the phone when I asked to know when I would be having my flu jab as I am classed as extremely vulnerable and was told anytime between now and christmas!!!!! and because I am under 65 (even though I have Empysema) I would have to wait for a letter to be sent. Then I get another call to say that they do not have the jabs for the under 65's, even though other surgeries and Tesco's have them in, told quite bluntly that I should feel free to register with another doctors to get it then and take it up with the government about why they cannot get the jabs and she cannot understand why other surgeries have them and also supermarkets. Told her perhaps they should have ordered them in earlier as they had the same problem last year!! Will be reporting the surgery and her to CQC now.

This is a Joke of a service. Turned me away the same day i was hospitalised with 48 hours to live. Now they refuse to have me as a patient because they messed up. Shame this place sucks so poorly.
